Delivery
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes — same-day delivery is available across Kathmandu Valley for orders placed before 6 PM. Standard delivery to Pokhara, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Butwal, and Dharan takes 1–2 days.
Prescriptions
How do I upload a prescription?
Visit /prescription, snap a photo of your prescription, and our licensed pharmacists will verify it within 30 minutes. You can also bring the prescription to any of our 15 outlets.
